Ah the good old wiki.
Good but old!?
Of course in computer standard. Wiki's have been around a bit already and have helped many many people get information at one place otherwise found scattered.
Wikipedia.org is a perfect example of a Wiki. Matter of fact Wiki's where named after Wikiwikiweb engine.
The most known wiki is Wikipedia. A wiki is probably known more as an online dictionary. User's are able to access the information freely and as matter of factly users are the ones that write Wiki's.
Users gather information and type out a Wiki. Wiki's can have: Timelines, Business Dates, History, Characteristics etc...
Wiki's can also be in different languages as seen on Wikipedia.org
There are several thousand wiki's online helping people everyday!
